The Annual Chairman’s Ball will be held on Friday, November 21st, 2014 at Sirico’s Catering Hall on 13th Ave. in Brooklyn. This is your opportunity to show solidarity with our Board of District Deputies. Especially that Cavallaro Council has the honor of having one of our own Past Grand Knight, James La Salle as a member or this prestigious Board of District Deputies. So, please be present at this Gala Evening and Support District Deputy La Salle.

On 11/9/2014, Joseph B. Cavallaro Council #4884, Knights of Columbus presented a check to the St. Athanasius Sports Program to help pay for the scoreboard that the council donated.

On November 1, 2014 Joseph B. Cavallaro Council #4884, Knights of Columbus in Brooklyn NY sponsored a blood drive to support the Eagle Scout project for Benjamin Kelk, grandson of Cavallaro Council member  S.K. William “Doc” Holliday. At the end of a chilly, windy, rainy day, approximately 20 units of blood were donated. The Red Cross was very much satisfied and grateful for our help and support.

Our Annual Memorial Mass will be on Sunday November 2, 2014 at St. A’s. We will attend the 10:00 AM Mass as a group. Please make every effort to pay tribute to our deceased Brother Knights at this Mass. 

On 11/1/2014, Cavallaro Council will be sponsoring a Red Cross Blood Drive at the council from 10 AM – 4 PM in support of an Eagle scout project.
